Payment Terms

100% is due upon order placement. We will gladly accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit Cards.


Shipping for all orders is paid for by the customer, unless otherwise specified as a line item on your customer authorization.

Cancelation Policy

Orders canceled after set-up but prior to production will be subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee. Orders canceled after production has begun will be subject to a fee of 50% of approved cost.


All artwork remains property of VictoryStore.com until purchased with product.

Late Fee

Past due invoices are subject to late fees of 1.5% per month.

Problems After Delivery

If your item is defective, please call Merchandise Return Center at 1-866-241-2295.
Your satisfaction is our goal!

* We accept returns on printed artwork within 30 days of shipment date.
* We will refund the return postage charges only if the return is due to our error.
* If the error is not our fault, we will only return 50% of the purchase price.
* Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and include all packaged accessories.
* After 30 days, we can offer a merchandise credit for the price of the product on the invoice.
* NO returns may be made on any opened product that has been altered or used after shipment.
* Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of shipment. If a material defect is discovered outside of the 30 window, please call us to discuss the issue.
* Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return. We will always do our utmost to issue your return as soon as possible. The original credit card used for the purchase will be credited.
